What happens when you delete your account

Deleting your WHARI account is permanent and cannot be undone. Please review the information below before proceeding.

Data that will be permanently deleted

• Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
• Your estate memberships and role assignments
• Visitor registrations you created
• Notification preferences and history
• Login credentials and saved sessions

Data that may be retained

In accordance with Nigerian financial regulations and our Privacy Policy, the following data may be retained for up to 7 years:

• Payment history, invoices, and receipts (anonymised and no longer linked to your identity)
• Audit logs related to financial transactions

Before you proceed

• If you are an estate administrator, transfer admin rights to another member before deleting your account.
• You will lose access to all estates linked to your account.
• This action is irreversible.
